is from Isaiah 1:1-27.
Tisha B’Av, the saddest day on the
 Jewish calendar, marks the
 anniversary of the destruction 
of the Temple.
 On the Shabbat before Tisha B’Av,
 which always coincides with 
Parashat Devarim,
